Enter your delivery address at checkout and we quote the real rate from the carriers for the weight and size of your order — no flat guesses. You choose the service and speed before you pay, and the estimated delivery window is shown next to each option.
As soon as your label is created we email you the carrier and tracking number, and the tracking link stays on your order in your account. Signed-in customers can follow every order from the orders page.
Our shop is in Temecula, California, but nothing about what we make is limited to our area. Apparel, embroidery, DTF transfers, signs, banners, displays and promotional products are produced here and shipped anywhere in the United States, direct to you, your crew or your event.
We serve the area within roughly a 50-mile radius of our Temecula shop in person — Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Corona, Riverside, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Oceanside and the towns in between. Choose pickup at checkout or mention it on your quote and we'll confirm the collection time by email once your job is finished.
Shipping time starts after your order is produced — decoration, printing and finishing all happen before the parcel moves. Your order confirmation lists the production window for what you ordered; if you have a hard in-hands date, tell us before you place the order so we can confirm it.
Banners, rigid signs, backdrops and tents ship boxed or rolled depending on size, and oversized pieces may ship freight. Those rates are quoted the same way at checkout, and we'll contact you if a piece needs special handling.
Check your order as soon as it lands. If anything arrives damaged or a parcel goes missing in transit, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and we'll open the carrier claim and sort out a replacement.
