Frequently asked questions

Artwork, minimums, decoration methods and how pricing works on this site.

What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) reproduce best. High-resolution PNG or JPG at full print size also works for DTF, stickers and large format. If all you have is a photo or a low-resolution logo, our in-house team can vectorize it — see our design services page.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing requires a minimum of 48 pieces per design. Embroidery, DTF transfers, signage, stickers and banners have no piece minimum — you can order one.
How is embroidery priced?
Embroidery is priced by stitch count and quantity. Upload your logo and enter the placement size on our homepage and the estimator returns the stitch count and the per-piece price immediately. First-time logos also carry a one-time digitizing fee to convert the artwork into a stitch file.
What is digitizing, and do I pay it every time?
Digitizing converts your artwork into the stitch file an embroidery machine reads. It is a one-time charge per logo — reorders of the same logo at the same size do not pay it again.
What's the difference between DTF transfers and screen printing?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers print full colour with no piece minimum and no screen setup, so they suit small runs and lots of different designs. Screen printing is more economical at volume but needs 48 pieces per design and a setup per colour.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one large DTF sheet filled with many of your designs, priced by the length of the sheet. It's the cheapest way to buy transfers in bulk. You can build one in our gang sheet tool or upload a sheet you've already laid out.
Can I see the price before I order?
Yes. Apparel decoration, banners, signs, stickers, business cards and promotional products all price live on the site — pick your options, upload artwork and the total updates before you add to cart.
Do you help with logo and brand design?
Yes — we're a branding company and the design work happens in house: identity design, logos, vectorizing, embroidery digitizing, print and web layout, and digital media.
What if my artwork doesn't cover the whole sign or banner?
Our upload tools check coverage for you and warn you when your file doesn't reach the edges of the printed size, so nothing gets unexpected white borders.
